abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a driving force control device capable of improving shift feeling and drivability by maintaining a substantially constant engagement force between dogs in a dog type transmission at the time of shifting. In a driving force control device (1), engagement of dogs with each other is performed based on the number of revolutions of an engine in a period from when a shift operation is detected to when a shift position is detected to be switched. Updates the target throttle opening with the opening value of the throttle opening so as to maintain the released or weakened state, and the motor drive circuit 6 is adjusted so that the throttle opening matches the updated target throttle opening.
