[PROBLEMS] To provide a surface-modified porous membrane which has a functional polymer layer simply introduced on the surface of a porous membrane to impart functions and has excellent durability. The functional polymer layer comprises a porous membrane and a functional polymer layer formed on the surface of the porous membrane, and the functional polymer layer comprises a functional unit containing an anionic group and a secondary amino group of 5 to 30% by mole. The surface modified porous membrane which made a film surface zeta potential -20--50mV, and made it a surface modified porous membrane containing a unit, and which made it improve contamination resistance and fouling resistance, and provided high functionality and durability. 【Selection chart】 None |
