titleOfInvention | Electrostatic image developing toner, method of manufacturing electrostatic image developing toner and image forming apparatus |
abstract | The present invention provides a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image, in which an image formed on a recording medium is less likely to be chipped compared to when the viscoelasticity changes outside a predetermined speed range. The toner for developing an electrostatic charge image includes a binder resin made of a heat-melting resin and a colorant, and is a visco-elastic body after heat-melting, and becomes more viscous with the passage of cooling time. It changes in the range of predetermined speed from the dynamic state to the more elastic state. Further, when the toner for electrostatic charge image development is subjected to heat treatment at a predetermined temperature range after heating and melting, the rate of change in viscoelasticity is determined in advance after heat treatment than before heat treatment. Grows in range. [Selected figure] Figure 1 |
