titleOfInvention Ceiling structure for vehicle interior with heat insulation and sound insulation performance
abstract To provide a vehicle interior ceiling structure having excellent heat insulation and sound insulation. A vehicle interior ceiling structure includes a fiber structure layer. The fiber structure layer is disposed in the in-plane direction of the vehicle interior ceiling structure. The fiber structure layer contains the first non-elastic crimped short fibers made of a synthetic resin and the heat-adhesive composite short fibers made of a second synthetic resin in a mixed state. In the fiber structure layer, the inelastic crimped short fibers and the heat-adhesive composite short fibers are arranged such that their fiber length directions are in the thickness direction of the vehicle interior ceiling structure. The heat-adhesive composite staple fiber has a heat fusion component on the surface, and is joined to the inelastic crimped staple fiber via the heat fusion component. In the fiber structure layer, the ratio of the content of the heat-adhesive composite short fiber to the total content of the inelastic crimped short fiber and the heat-adhesive composite short fiber is 10% by mass or more and 40% by mass or less. The basis weight of the fiber structure layer is 200 g / m 2 or more and 800 g / m 2 or less. [Selected figure] Figure 1
