PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce calorie content including sweet steviol glycosides having a bitter taste, a taste profile with reduced or no undesirable flavor, or a sweetness profile closer to a natural calorie sweetener, or a combination of such properties. Providing a calorie and / or non-calorie sweetener. A stevia extract comprising rebaudioside B at a concentration ranging from 10% to about 90% by weight of the stevia extract.
