A system for high throughput printing on a thermoformable substrate is provided. A system for printing at least one stretchable ink on a thermoformable substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface includes an unwinder. 206, a printing module, and a winder 248. The unwinder 206 is arranged to supply the thermoformable substrate 202 from the first roll to the printing module. The printing module includes a flow coater 236 that is arranged to deposit a coating layer on the first surface of the thermoformable substrate 202.
