abstract | The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin layer and a photosensitive element capable of suppressing resist soaking without lowering the peelability and scum resistance, and a small diameter in an insulating layer using the photosensitive resin layer and the photosensitive element. Alternatively, an efficient manufacturing method of a structure having a conductor circuit and a printed wiring board having a large-diameter opening and having excellent reliability is provided. The photosensitive resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) component: a binder polymer, (B) component: a photopolymerizable compound having one ethylenically unsaturated bond in the molecule, and (C) component. : A photopolymerization initiator, and further includes a polyoxyalkylene compound shown in the following (1). (In the formula, R represents either a linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, X represents an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and a and b represent the average number of moles.
