abstract A thermally expandable refractory sheet having excellent shape retention while increasing an expansion rate is provided. A thermally expandable refractory sheet in which the area ratio of the through holes to the area of the entire thermally expandable refractory sheet is 10 to 80%. It is a heat-expandable fireproof sheet in which the through hole is one or more linear through holes. The heat-expandable fireproof sheet, wherein the through holes are a plurality of punched holes, and the pitch of adjacent punched holes is 100 μm to 50 μm.
