abstract | A vehicle silencer with improved feel is provided. A molded silencer for a vehicle has an insert made of foamed resin and a main body portion made of a foamed resin made of a material different from that of the insert and exhibiting elasticity. The insert 10 has a first surface 11 on the surface 2 side of the silencer 1 and a second surface 12 on the inside 3 side of the silencer 1, and appears on a part of the surface 2 of the silencer 1. Further, the insert 10 has a through hole 15 connected from the first surface 11 to the second surface 12. The opening ratio Ro of the through hole 15 in the first surface 11 is 5 to 50%.
