Detection apparatus and detection method |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device capable of improving detection sensitivity and shortening detection time. SOLUTION: A detection device 1 according to an embodiment includes a first area 11 to which a first liquid 41 possibly containing an object 5 to be detected is supplied, and a first electrode provided in the first area. 21 and a second region 12 to which a second liquid 42 is supplied, and a second electrode 22 provided in the second region. The detection device 1 divides the first region from the second region, and separates the first electrode from the partition 3 provided with the through hole 4 communicating the first region with the second region. And a probe 23 that is capable of binding and that specifically binds to a detection target. The detection device 1 comprises a separation means 31 for separating the probe 23 from the first electrode 21, and the first electrode and the first electrode in a state in which the first and second liquids are supplied to the first and second regions, respectively. Determining means 32 for determining whether the first liquid contains a detection target based on a change in electrical state between the two electrodes. [Selected figure] Figure 4 |
