abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a water-soluble dietary fiber composition, which is capable of obtaining a composition in which the purity of the water-soluble dietary fiber is increased by using a sugar-heated condensate as a raw material. The method is a method for producing a water-soluble dietary fiber composition, which comprises the step of assimilating a sugar-heated condensate to Bacillus bacteria or Geobacillus bacteria. Moreover, it is the manufacturing method of food-drinks including the process of adding the water-soluble dietary fiber composition obtained by the manufacturing method to a food-drinks raw material.
