abstract A semiconductor device, a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device, and a resin molded body capable of improving the reliability of the semiconductor device without reducing adhesion even under a high temperature environment. A semiconductor device includes a metal substrate on which a semiconductor element is mounted, a resin case to which the metal substrate is bonded, and a sealing resin that fills the resin case. The sealing resin 8 contains a thermosetting resin, a chelating agent, and metal phthalocyanine. The metal phthalocyanine is contained in an amount of 2 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the thermosetting resin. [Selection] Figure 1
