titleOfInvention Creatinine sensor
abstract The present invention provides a creatinine sensor capable of efficiently quantifying creatinine by reacting at an end point using a small amount of sample. A sensor for quantifying creatinine in a sample, comprising: a reaction part including two or more electrodes disposed inside; a capillary part in communication with the reaction part; and allowing the sample to flow into the reaction part A reagent layer containing creatininase, creatinase, sarcosine oxidase, peroxidase and a polymer binding mediator is formed on one or more of the two or more electrodes, and the creatinase unit number is creatinine The creatinine in the sample, which is four or more times the number of units of the nase, is quantified.
