abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a light guiding member and a light guiding structure having high light guiding performance and high soundproofing performance. A sheet member having a plurality of through holes penetrating in a thickness direction, the average opening diameter of the through holes is 1 μm to 250 μm, and at least one surface of the sheet member has a light reflectance in a visible light region 50% or more, both surfaces are in contact with the fluid in at least a part of the sheet member, and the peak value of the vertical incident sound absorption coefficient of the sheet member is 10% or more in the audible range.
