titleOfInvention | Submersible sliding member composition and method of manufacturing submersible sliding member |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an underwater sliding member composition and a sliding member which have low friction and low wear under water or water lubrication conditions. SOLUTION: A non-modified cellulose nanofiber, a water-soluble or water-dispersible synthetic resin, a water-soluble dispersant, and a crosslinking agent are subjected to disintegration treatment and dispersion treatment in one step in an aqueous solvent and crosslinked after solvent removal. The treated sliding member exhibits low friction and low wear characteristics under water lubrication conditions. In addition, the composition molded body can be used as a fine foam as an abrasive member, and a molded body made of a non-modified cellulose nanofiber sheet as a prepreg exhibits low friction and low abrasion. 【Selection chart】 None |
