Provided is a conductive polymer aqueous solution that forms a conductive coating film excellent in hole injection property and durability. A polythiophene (A) containing 0.01 to 10% by weight of at least one structural unit of formula (1) and formula (2) and 0.001 to 20% by weight of a polyacrylic acid-based water-soluble resin ( A conductive polymer aqueous solution containing B) and 0.5 to 60% by weight of glycol ether (C).
