titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of separator for power storage element
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for easily and economically producing a separator for an electricity storage device having excellent ion permeability, good adhesive properties, and excellent heat resistance and safety. [Solution] On the surface of the porous substrate, a coating solution containing polyamideimide (PAI) and a mixed solvent composed of a good solvent and a poor solvent for PAI is applied to form a coating film. When removing the solvent, the S layer is formed by forming a porous PAI layer having ion permeability by causing phase separation in the coating film by utilizing the action of the poor solvent remaining in the coating film. In the manufacturing method of the separator for electrical storage elements which laminates and integrates the said porous PAI layer, the manufacturing method of the separator for electrical storage elements in which the said coating liquid has the following characteristics. (1) An amide solvent is contained as a good solvent. (2) Contains tripropylene glycol (TPG) as a poor solvent. (3) Contains filler. [Selection figure] None
