titleOfInvention | Extrusion molding method and extrusion molded article |
abstract | Disclosed is an extrusion method and an extrusion-molded product that can maintain deodorant and antibacterial performance for a long time and have versatility in use. A powdery mixture composition component having a deodorizing and antibacterial (sterilizing) action and a pellet-shaped synthetic resin material are put into an extruder and heated to melt the synthetic resin material to mix the mixture composition. The ingredients are kneaded and extruded as a gel-like rod (ST01). In this case, by kneading with the extruder, the mixture composition component in the form of fine particles is trapped in the gaps between the polymer polymers, and the mixture composition component is the extrusion molding. Since it does not decompose into heat required for kneading in a machine, a high deodorizing effect and antibacterial (sanitary) effect can be maintained semipermanently. Then, the extruded bar-like state is passed through the cooling device water and cooled (ST02), the shape is stabilized, cut into an appropriate size with a cutting machine (ST03), and extrusion molding. The resin pellet which is a product is produced. [Selection] Figure 1 |
