abstract |
An electrostatic image developing toner that suppresses occurrence of fixing offset is provided. SOLUTION: A release agent is included, the surface has an exposed portion where the release agent is exposed, and the ratio of the exposed portion to the surface determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is 1 atom% or more and 20 atom% or less. A toner for developing an electrostatic charge image, comprising: toner particles; and strontium titanate particles externally added to the toner particles and doped with a metal element other than titanium and strontium and having an average primary particle size of 10 nm to 100 nm.
