abstract | A first dispersion containing first resin particles is introduced into a stirring tank, and the second dispersion containing second resin particles is added to the stirring tank in a state where the first dispersion is stirred by a stirring blade. Provided is a stirring device in which the formation of coarse particles is suppressed as compared with the case where it is brought into contact with the inner wall and introduced into the stirring tank along the inner wall of the stirring tank. A stirring apparatus includes a stirring tank, a stirring shaft that is rotatably mounted in the stirring tank, a stirring blade that is attached to the stirring shaft, and a wall surface of the stirring tank. A heat transfer section 16 that gives heat to the liquid, and an introduction port 18 that has a discharge port 30, discharges fluid from the discharge port 30 into the stirring tank 10, and introduces the fluid into the stirring tank 10. The introduction part 18 has a velocity component along the flow of the first dispersion liquid containing the first resin particles introduced in advance into the stirring tank 10 and stirred by the stirring blade 14, and on the inner wall of the stirring tank 10.
