Fiber reinforced resin and method for producing the same |
abstract |
The present invention provides a fiber reinforced resin in which the interfacial adhesion between a fiber and a resin is higher than that of a conventional one. A resin 1 has a dynamic covalent bond that is reversibly dissociated and bonded by an external stimulus, and a catalyst 2 that promotes dissociation and bonding of the dynamic covalent bond is supported on the surface of a fiber 3. The fiber reinforced resin 10 is used. The fiber reinforced resin 10 was obtained through the supporting step of supporting the catalyst 2 on the surface of the fiber 3 by drying after bringing the fiber 3 into contact with the organic solution in which the catalyst 2 is dispersed, and the supporting step. It is obtained through a resin contact curing step in which the fiber 3 carrying the catalyst 2 on the surface is cured after contacting the resin 1 solution. [Selection] Figure 1 |
