abstract An electromagnetic wave shielding film which can sufficiently increase the adhesive force between an insulating resin layer and a conductive layer and has excellent heat resistance. An electromagnetic wave shielding film of the present invention has an insulating resin layer and a conductive layer adjacent to the insulating resin layer, and the insulating resin layer contains an aromatic polyether ketone and fullerene. The conductive layer 20 has at least a conductive adhesive layer 24 containing a metal. The aromatic polyether ketone may be polyether ether ketone or polyether ketone ketone. The conductive layer 20 may include a metal thin film layer 22 provided on the insulating resin layer 10 side and a conductive adhesive layer 24 provided on the opposite side of the metal thin film layer 22 from the insulating resin layer 10. .
