abstract | Disclosed is a stable orally disintegrating tablet containing tolvaptan, which can maintain good disintegration property in the oral cavity even under a high humidity storage condition for a long period of time, and a method for producing the same. An orally disintegrating tablet of the present invention comprises (a) tolvaptan, (b) at least one component selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and polyvinyl alcohol, (c) D-mannitol and lactose. And at least one component selected from the group consisting of: (d) light anhydrous silicic acid. The disintegration time in the standard state of the orally disintegrating tablet is within 40 seconds, and the difference between the disintegration time in the standard state and the disintegration time after storage for 1 week at 40 ° C. and 75% relative humidity from the standard state is Within 15 seconds.
