abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a surface modification method for culturing adherent cells more suitable for cell adhesion. The present invention relates to a method for producing a cell-supporting substrate mainly comprising a non-fluorinated resin having a cell-supporting surface, the substrate being in a humidified environment and in an oxygen and / or ozone supply atmosphere. There are provided a method including a UV irradiation step of irradiating the cell carrying surface with UV, a plasma irradiation step of irradiating plasma on the cell carrying surface of the substrate, and an apparatus for use in the method.
