abstract | Provided is a primer composition capable of forming a coating film having high hardness and hot water resistance for the purpose of protecting the surface of a polyimide base material without any pretreatment of the polyimide base material, and a method for producing the same. A polysiloxane layer containing a glycidoxy group and a (meth) acryl group is formed as a primer layer, and a (meth) acrylic resin layer containing a trifunctional or higher (meth) acrylic monomer as a component is laminated thereon.
