Glycoprotein production method |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for improving the productivity of glycoprotein. A fusion protein having a structure in which a peptide found as a sequence common to blood coagulation factor 5 and factor 8 is linked to the carboxy terminal side of a target glycoprotein is expressed in cultured mammalian cells. The fusion protein is recovered from the culture solution. [Selection figure] None |
