abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for improving cold resistance of an oil and fat composition containing unrefined olive oil. The oil and fat composition according to the present invention is an oil and fat composition used at a low temperature and contains 20 to 95% by mass of unrefined olive oil and 5% by mass or more of medium-chain fatty acid triglycerides.
