To provide an antibody-containing composition comprising an antibody having a microbial cell as an antigen and the antibody and a base. In many of the diseases caused by bacteria and the like, the propagation of bacteria itself is also a cause of symptoms, but there are also cases where the substances released by bacteria are the cause. In such a case, in order to treat a disease with an antibody, it was necessary to obtain an antibody using the causative substance as an antigen in the first place. However, it was not easy to find the root causative substance among the substances released by bacteria. By immunizing birds with the crushed liquid obtained by disrupting the cells as an antigen, an antibody (polyclonal) that binds not only to the antigen but also to a substance that secretes the antigen and promotes worsening of symptoms is obtained. In addition, an antibody obtained using an antigen as a surface protein of a virus is expected to suppress virus infection. [Selection figure] None |
