titleOfInvention Shotcrete
abstract [Problem] To provide a sprayed concrete that has an initial strength, a medium-long-term strength, a quick setting necessary for excellent adhesion during spraying, and a moderate fluidity. SOLUTION: Portland cement, fly ash, calcium aluminate (CA) -based quick setting agent, anhydrous gypsum, sprayed concrete containing alkali metal aluminate and carbonate, and aggregate, Spray concrete which is (A) or (B). (A) and amorphous CA80~96 wt% of the molar ratio of CaO and Al 2 O 3 is 1.8 to 2.4, containing 0.1 to 1.5% by weight of water, CaO and Al 2 crystalline CA4~20 wt% of the molar ratio of the content of O 3 is 1.0 to 1.4. (B) CaO and the amorphous CA80~96 wt% of the molar ratio of Al 2 O 3 is 1.8 to 2.4, the molar ratio of CaO and Al 2 O 3 crystals of 1.0 to 1.4 1 to 4% by mass of crystalline CA containing 3 to 15% by mass of quality CA and 0.1 to 1.5% by mass of water and having a molar ratio of CaO to Al 2 O 3 of 1.0 to 1.4. [Selection figure] None
