PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system capable of estimating the degree of mental stress with high accuracy. According to an embodiment, the system comprises a determination means. The determining means ends the driving of the vehicle when the short-term stress before starting the driving of the vehicle is a first value and the short-term stress during driving of the vehicle is a second value larger than the first value.
