abstract |
To improve the monitoring of a patient's blood coagulation parameters, to provide an improvement in coagulation assays and coagulation parameter measurements. Compositions and methods are provided for the determination of clotting parameters using very small volumes of blood. Advantageously, the methods described herein can be performed from a drop of blood (approximately 20 μL), generally to perform other measurements of an optionally multiplexed type. Can leave enough samples. The methods and equipment described above do not require a skilled operator and can be performed at a point of service, which is an important feature for managing blood clotting diseases and their treatment.
