abstract | The present invention relates to a modified bismaleimide (D-BMI) in which the amino group of dimerdiamine (DDA) is maleimidized, having good heat resistance and sufficiently improved moldability. And the production method thereof. [Solution] A B-maleimide (D-BMI) modified product in which the amino group of dimerdiamine is maleimidated, the D-BMI modified product characterized by the following. 1) The acid value of the D-BMI modified product is 2 mgKOH / g or less. 2) In 1 H-NMR, the amount is determined using the integral value (A) of the peak corresponding to the proton of the methylene group directly bonded to the nitrogen atom of the maleimide group and the integral value (B) of the peak corresponding to the vinyl proton of the maleimide group.
