abstract A novel and highly safe AGE production inhibitor (final glycation product production inhibitor) is provided. The composition comprises an AGEs production-suppressing composition containing an extract of mango, an AGEs production-suppressing agent, and an AGEs production-suppressing food. Further, it comprises a composition for inhibiting AGEs production containing benzophenone C-glycoside, 3-glucosyl-2,4,4 ', 6-tetrahydroxybenzophenone or chlorophyll as an active ingredient, an agent for inhibiting AGEs production, and a food for inhibiting AGEs production. These include cases where it is indicated that AGEs production is suppressed, such as foods for specified health use and functional indication foods. [Selection figure] None
