abstract Provided is an effectively sealed fluid filling system used for egg collection, egg inspection, and egg selection for in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment, to which eggs collected by this system are exposed. An egg chamber is provided that minimizes environmental changes and maximizes viability. An airtight container and seal including at least one side wall, an upper wall, and a lower wall, wherein at least a portion of the upper wall is transparent and at least a portion of the lower wall is light transmissive. A first inlet having a possible port; a first outlet having a sealable port; and a filter having a pore size suitable for egg collection, the container being arranged between the first inlet and the first outlet, It is set as the structure provided with the filter comprised so that it may divide | segment into an internal chamber and a 2nd internal chamber.
