A low reflectance coating (20) is formed with a layer (20) of carbon nanostructures on the contact surface (14) of the substrate (10) from spraying that incorporates the carbon nanostructures in suspension into the solvent. The carbon nanostructure layer provides a very low reflectivity coating and can be further enhanced by etching the outer surface of the coating. This layer can be etched to reduce reflectivity. A very low reflectivity coating was achieved. |
