The present invention allows effector T cells to be coupled simultaneously with targeted tumor or cancer cells when cleaved, and to the binding domain by a cleavable release segment that can perform cytolysis of the tumor cells or cancer cells. A bispecific chimeric polypeptide assembly composition comprising linked bulking moieties. The invention also provides compositions and methods of making and using cleavable chimeric polypeptide assembly compositions. The present invention discloses chimeric polypeptide assemblies useful in the treatment or prevention of diseases, including but not limited to cancer, autoimmunity, and inflammatory disorders. |
