titleOfInvention Ultrasonic control of parasites in farmed fish
abstract Surrounded with sufficient number of ultrasonic transducers to provide sonication of the salmon collected through it at a normal collection speed and at a frequency high enough to kill the parasite A method and device for removing parasites from salmon using a salmon collection passage tube. The salmon is gathered through it and the ultrasound emitted from the ultrasound transducer is applied. The method and device also provide an attracting means, such as white light, that feeds fish into an enclosure with an ultrasonic transducer on its inner circumference, attracting harmful parasitic aquatic organisms, and electronic in the enclosure. It also includes removal of parasites from salmon cages or enclosures by applying ultrasound emitted from the transducer.
