The present specification discloses a composition for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth comprising an exosome-like vesicle derived from ginseng, and a method for producing the composition. The ginseng-derived exosome-like vesicle may have a diameter of 20 to 500 nm and may be isolated from the ginseng root. The composition contains an exosome-like vesicle derived from ginseng as an active ingredient, and thus has an effect of activating dermal papilla cells (DPCs) to induce hair growth. |
