The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method for creating an image of a sample, which receives a first image of a first cross section of a sample by a processor, and the first image uses invisible light having a first wavelength. And a second image of the second cross section of the sample is received by the processor, the second cross section is adjacent to the first cross section, and the second image receives invisible light of the first wavelength. Using the processor, aligning the first image and the second image by the processor, and generating a single plane image of the first cross section using the next image processing by the processor.
