abstract | Treatment is performed on at least one section of the eye component. At least one first electromagnetic radiation is provided to the section to interact with at least one sound wave of the eyeball component. At least one second electromagnetic radiation is generated based on the interaction. Multiple portions of the second electromagnetic radiation are received. Each part was emitted from a different corresponding segment of the section. The viscoelastic modulus of the section is monitored based on multiple parts during the procedure. Applying feedback to the procedure based at least in part on the monitored viscoelastic modulus and (1) guiding the trajectory of the incision based on the respective monitored values of the segment's different viscoelastic moduli, or (2 ) Including at least one of determining a number of incisions made based on respective monitored values of different viscoelastic moduli of the segments.
