The present invention relates to EP4 agonist-bisphosphonate conjugates or related compounds and their uses. The complex or related compound can be used to effect delivery of an EP4 agonist or related compound to a desired site of action, such as bone. Bisphosphonate moieties linked to EP4 agonists via an amide linker are involved in inhibition of bone resorption and bone targeting. |
