titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing a 3D object
abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional object, the outer region of which includes at least one surface portion in which a surface portion of a two-dimensional form is first manufactured by an additive manufacturing method (layer creation molding method) on a flat base plate. And I) applying at least one curable polymer or curable reactive resin in a flowable form on a flat base plate in a flowable form for the production of the first layer in a flowable form process. II) applying a second layer on said first layer produced by a layered molding process, and III) optionally further layers 1 to 198 produced as in step II) Applying, wherein a new layer is applied each over each preceding layer, and IV) a step of curing said layer. At least one layer comprising: V) separating the hardened region portion from the flat base plate; and VI) forming the hardened region portion by deep drawing or thermoforming to obtain a three-dimensional object. Is capable of flowing at least one curable polymer or cured reactive resin each having an elastic modulus in the cured state of 500 MPa or more based on ENISO 527-1 (latest issue in April 1996, latest edition in February 2012) In the form of a material line on a substrate.
