titleOfInvention | Method for producing alginate fiber having salt resistance and detergent resistance |
abstract | The present invention introduces a borate radical-containing auxiliary agent, contacts and impregnates the finished alginate fiber and auxiliary agent solution, and is produced using suitable raw materials at suitable ratios and reaction conditions. Disclosed is a method for producing an alginate fiber having salt resistance and detergent resistance. The production method of the present invention solves the problem of lack of salt resistance and detergent resistance present in alginate fibers and their fabrics, and alginate fibers modified with borate radicals and their fabrics have excellent salt resistance. The alginate fiber that can withstand washing with an alkaline detergent and modified with an auxiliary solution has a degree of swelling of 39.8% after being immersed in physiological saline at 30 ° C. for 72 hours, and after being immersed in standard detergent for 24 hours. The degree of swelling of the alginate fiber can be reduced to 55.3%, the fiber maintains its conventional form, no significant dissolution phenomenon occurs, and the self-flameability of the alginate fiber can be maintained.
