A first bonding pad embedded in a through-hole exposing the first conductive type semiconductor layer through the two conductive type semiconductor layer and connected to the first conductive type semiconductor layer; and spaced apart from the first bonding pad; A second bonding pad disposed below the semiconductor layer and connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; and a first bonding layer disposed at a side portion of the light emitting structure and an inner lower edge of the light emitting structure in the through hole.
