titleOfInvention | Inspection method, method of using atomic species, inspection device, and test kit |
abstract | A method is provided for ex vivo testing of acute kidney injury or related or similar pathologies in a subject. The method includes the steps of: a) providing a sample previously collected from a subject; and b) analyzing a sample collected from the subject and selecting a bio selected from the atomic species listed in Table 1. Determining the level of the marker; and c) comparing the level of the biomarker in the sample with a reference level of biomarkers specific to healthy subjects with normal renal function. An elevated level of biomarker in the sample relative to a reference level indicates acute kidney injury, or an associated or similar condition. The present invention also relates to a method for using atomic species, a test apparatus including an analysis unit that reacts with a biomarker, and a test kit. [Selection] Figure 1A |
