The present invention relates to nanovesicles derived from cell lipid membranes, a method for producing the same, a pharmaceutical composition using the nanovesicles, a diagnostic kit, and the like. Cellular lipid membrane-derived nanovesicles according to the present invention can eliminate intracellular substances (genetic substances and intracellular proteins) that are unnecessary for the transmission of therapeutic or diagnostic substances, eliminating potential side effects, and cells or tissues. Because targeting is possible, therapeutic substances such as drugs are mainly transmitted by transmitting therapeutic or diagnostic substances to target cells or tissues and suppressing the transmission of therapeutic or diagnostic substances to other sites. Side effects can be reduced, patient pain and inconvenience can be reduced in the course of disease treatment, and therapeutic efficacy can be increased. In addition, the cell lipid membrane-derived nanovesicle of the present invention loaded with a substance for treating or diagnosing a disease and the production method thereof can be used for treatment or diagnosis in vitro or in vivo, or for experiments.
