The present invention relates to a dental cord using a nanofiber composite yarn that can be effectively impregnated with a chemical such as a hemostatic agent by using the nanofiber composite yarn having a large specific surface area and having three-dimensional pores, and a cord therefor A manufacturing method is provided. The dental cord of the present invention includes a nanofiber composite yarn that is composed of a composite yarn and a twisted yarn of at least two nanofiber tape yarns and impregnated with a chemical, and the nanofiber tape yarn has high fiber formability.
