The present invention provides a microfluidic device for detecting a target gene that can be identified with the naked eye by amplifying a target gene and selectively blocking a flow path, in particular, a pathogen gene, and a detection method using the same. Therefore, the present invention can easily detect a single target gene, for example, a single pathogen or a large number of target genes, for example, a large number of pathogens without complicated mechanical devices. |
