SOLUTION: A urethane (meth) acrylate resin having a polyisocyanate compound (A), a polycarbonate diol (B), and a monohydroxy (meth) acrylate compound (C) as essential reaction materials, the polyisocyanate compound ( A) is a diisocyanate compound (A1) having two or more isocyanate groups bonded to an aliphatic carbon atom as an essential component, and in the monohydroxy (meth) acrylate compound (C), a hydroxy group and (meth) acryloyloxy A urethane (meth) acrylate resin characterized in that a structural site for bonding to a group is composed of three carbon atoms or more.
