abstract | The present invention provides a triple lumen catheter in which recirculation of a drug solution hardly occurs even when blood removal and blood return are exchanged. A triple lumen catheter includes a first lumen provided in a D-shaped cross section by an outer wall and a partition wall 115, and a second lumen provided in a D-shaped cross section on the opposite side across the first lumen and the partition wall. And a third lumen provided in a circular cross section passing through a thick portion provided in a portion where the partition wall and the outer wall are in contact with each other. The first opening 121 is inclined to the proximal end side with respect to the partition, the second opening 122 is provided on the distal end side with respect to the first opening, is inclined to the proximal end side with respect to the partition, and third The opening 123 is provided on the distal end side with respect to the second opening, and the partition wall is gradually narrowed so as to leave the thick portion side on the distal end side with respect to the second opening.
